Every event is different, but here's the standard process I follow for coverage:
I’m not a studio photographer moonlighting at races- I specialize in endurance events and know how to capture the moments that matter. You’ll get someone who understands race timing, logistics, and what runners and race directors really care about. Whether you're hosting a community 5K or a sponsored half marathon, I’ve got you covered with reliable, fast, and personal photo coverage.
This is the most hands-off option for race organizers. I attend your event, shoot, edit, tag the photos, and make them available for runners to purchase directly. There’s no cost to you as the race director.
You get a link to the gallery to distribute, but do
not receive image files or usage rights unless
purchased separately.
Best For: Small to mid-size races with
tight budgets or those who want to provide photo access
without upfront costs.
You receive non-exclusive, perpetual rights to use all delivered photos for social media, your race website, printed materials, and email newsletters, excluding commercial resale or third-party licensing without a separate commercial license.
Best For: Races that want marketing
content and full access to their images without limiting
access to participants.
You receive perpetual, non-exclusive commercial rights to use all photos for race promotion, sponsor recap, and publication across digital and print channels, with sponsors permitted to use branded images for advertising and social media.
Best For:Events with sponsor contracts,
large community visibility, or those needing fast
turnaround and polished media assets.
